Grape: Blaufränkisch
Production: Vinified as a rosé in stainless‑steel tanks, then gently dealcoholized using advanced vacuum distillation with aroma recovery.

Alcohol: < 0.5% vol.

Tasting notes: Non‑alcoholic sparkling rosé with playful berry and floral character. Bright aromas of raspberry, red currant and a hint of rosehip. Lively perlage, soft harmonious mouthfeel and a refreshing finish.

Food pairings: Excellent with watermelon and feta salad with mint, grilled bell peppers with bulgur, yogurt and herbs, or light seafood and summer salads.

Serving: 8°C — serve well chilled.
