Tasting notes: Premium non‑alcoholic Grüner Veltliner showing yellow‑fruit intensity and refined structure. Aromas of banana, papaya and lemon balm with a subtle yogurt‑like creaminess lead to a firm, well‑balanced palate and a delicate vanilla‑tinged finish. Soft mouthfeel with lively tension and depth.
Food pairings: Complements apricot dumplings with nut butter and breadcrumbs, a piquant gazpacho, and classic Wiener Schnitzel; also pairs well with mildly spiced Asian dishes.
